The North Bucks Road Club is running a three event series of Saturday morning “Come and Try It” 5 mile time trials on a course starting and finishing at Beachampton.

If you’re really keen, you can keep going for a second lap taking the distance to 10 miles!

This course covers mostly quiet rural lanes but is quite challenging with ascents, sharp turns and occasionally poor road surfaces to challenge your bike handling skills!

You’ll need the following:

• A working bike (no specialist time trial bikes permitted)
• Front and rear lights
• A protective helmet

Please note that these events are held on open roads and you should take due care and attention to other road users.

 How to Enter

Since 2021, we have used local company ResultsBase to handle our event entries. Head over to the ResultsBase page for our 2024 Time  Trial series - https://resultsbase.net/event/6906

The three events in the Beachampton beginners' series are open for entries. You can enter any or all of them. To enter, click the green ENTER NOW! button. This takes you to a login page - log in if you already have an account with ResultsBase, or set up an account if you don't already have an account. Important: make sure you give an active email address - this is how we contact you if there are changes to the events you enter. Your entry transaction receipt will be sent to this address.

Once you have logged in, select the event(s) you wish to enter and follow the onscreen instructions to make the entry. ResultsBase uses a secure credit card payment system. Entries to each time trial will remain open until shortly before the event is due to start - but don't leave it too late!

You should receive an entry receipt to the email address you included when registering at ResultsBase.
