All members (and prospective members) of the North Bucks Road Club are invited to a club meeting to be held on 13th January 2025. We will discuss some changes to the administration of the club, in which we are moving to an online membership management system. Finalising these arrangements requires a change to the club's banking arrangements, and when that is complete we'll be able to offer new memberships and renewals through the new system. We believe that these systems will make us more responsive to new members. In addition, the committee has proposed that club membership for 2025 be set at £10.

An agenda and documentation will be circulated in advance of the meeting. As part of this process, we have developed a revised set of Club Rules which better reflect the club's circumstances and engaging with social media. We have scheduled a Special General Meeting for 10th February to discuss the new Club Rules.

Both these meetings will be held in the Aspley Guise Village Hall, in the Committee Room. The Hall has its own car parking and offers free wifi. The car park is reached via Spinney Lane (note that Spinney Lane is not open to motor traffic from Mount Pleasant). Click the map to jump to Google Maps.
