Backup Course: In the event we are unable to use the scheduled course, we will run the event on the Brogborough ‘10’ course. Please make sure to check your email prior to the event.

Notes: This can be quite a quick course, and it has sections of dual carriageway. Five roundabout turns.

Results will be posted on the NBRC and ResultsBase website shortly after the event is complete.

Entries cost £5 for NBRC members, £7 for non-members. You can join the North Bucks Road Club for £10. First time riding one of our time trials? 

Please note a protective helmet and front and rear lights are mandatory. Time trials are ridden on open roads, and riders must ride accordingly. Review this statement regarding safety and insurance.

Results

We had a modest field of 8 entries, on this sunny but cool and very windy evening. The wind was a slightly twitchy crosswind for most of the course. Once again, Rob Fletcher took the win, with a tight competition for second and third places which would have been tighter had it not been for Jamie's late start of 10 seconds.

On veteran standard, Rob Fletcher was in first place, followed by Rob Saunders and Jamie Wooldridge.

Several riders commented that the traffic levels seemed high this evening: I didn't notice that except at the roundabouts!

It was good to see a pair of riders from the Leighton Buzzard Tri Club, who both posted good times - hopefully we'll see them again at our events.
