Hello all,
Many thanks for your participation in this mornings NBRC club event which was held held on our new 25 mile TT course.
Little surprise to most of us that Ian romped around in the time he did to set the course record. Congratulations to Ian.
Nice to have Tim back in the fray after his high speed tumble at the bowl. He had to work hard for that second place.
You all seemed happy with the new course if not so happy with the weather! It looks very much like it will make a good
course to hold an open event on in 2008.
Now this coming Wednesday ( 27.06.07 ) we are back again on the super fast F5c/10 (A5D) for round # 5 of  the NBRC
league series. Race HQ is Harley Hall. First rider off at 19.30hrs.
The following Wednesday we are back ( at last! ) on the Astwood circuit ( F5v/20 ). This is the 2007 club championship
event which will be decided over two laps of this popular course.
Once again it's many thanks to both Mary and Bryan for their much valued assistance.
Please would you kindly note the following…
At the last NBRC committee meeting the subject of the of the use of a rear light in club time trials was discussed.
As a result, it was decided to recommend the use of one of these light weight units in club events.
Regards, Tony F.
