Meeting Point: Calverton Road Car Park, Stony Stratford. (https://w3w.co/thanks.overpower.pocketed) Note the meeting point is 2.1 miles from the course start.
Backup Course: Astwood ‘10’
Notes: This is the third of three 5 mile time trials aimed at those beginning time trials (experienced riders also welcome, and will ride two laps). The three events will form a short league.
This five mile course is new. It is an undulating course on quiet roads.
Results will be posted on the NBRC and ResultsBase website shortly after the event is complete.
A protective helmet and front and rear lights are mandatory.

Once again, the rain held off, though there was quite a bit of standing water in places. We were assisted again by Dick's civil engineering tendencies, as he helped one huge puddle drain away, at least partially.
Congratulations to Simon Cannings for a first rate ride on this rather technical course (he also won on vet standard. Coming in second was the youngster of the field, James Richardson with a fine ride on his road bike.
