Notes: The course climbs to Nash, and turns at the roundabout on the A421.

A protective helmet and front and rear lights are mandatory.

Results

Following some seriously strong wind and appalling heavy sleety rain showers, we at least avoided rain for this event. All three riders who entered turned out despite strong wind and cold conditions. Welcome to Ian, who was riding his first time trial. But what a course, and what condtions for it!

The earlier rain showers had left some standing water, notably the enormous puddle in Nash, so there was a fair amount of spray. In the end, Robert took first place in both tables, despite having left his Garmin back at home. An interesting situation for a modern cyclist. Martyn came in second place, with Ian coming in third with a creditable result for a first time trial on a road bike.
