The weather forecast was once again pretty awful - cold and icy - and there wasn't much interest from the club in venturing out. We scheduled a second Zwift club run, this time on The Magnificent 8 route in Watopia. The same four riders as last week came along, but the difference was that three of us were using Discord, so we had a lot of chit chat through the ride. We did two laps of the route, which took about two hours. 

It was uncomfortably cold in my garage, where I have my turbo set up, but the company made up for that. Because the ride was 'rubberbanded', we all stayed together (even though Steph was doing some bizarrely quick intervals from time to time), and we could each ride at our own pace. Also (it later turned out) John was watching a cyclocross race on Discovery Plus!
