Seven riders turned out on a cold September morning for this event, which seemed (to my legs at least) to be rather unaccountably hard.

Tony Farmborough did all the timekeeping, and sign placement, many thanks for that.

We have a plan to run a test event on a new course running from Cranfield to turn at Newport Pagnell next week on Saturday morning, though it may be that we won't get the necessary clearance from London North in time. Keep an eye on the Facebook page. Other than that, the next event is our hill climb championship on the Three Locks course, 9am Sunday 8th October.

And from Bryan, the Handicap Results. Bryan notes: Seven riders and only one 1st claim NBRC! But first handicap went to an ex-NBRC rider who recorded a personal best time!
