Notes: This course runs from Cranfield University and back, turning in Newport Pagnell.

Please note a protective helmet and front and rear lights are mandatory. Time trials are ridden on open roads, and riders must ride accordingly. Review this statement regarding safety and insurance.

Results
Well, it seemed that summer was finally over today. Through the day we had massive thunderstorms and very blustery weather leaving quite a bit of flooding on the roads (but fortunately not on this evening's course). It remained pretty tough on the outward leg of this event, but fortunately the heavy showers we could see tracking around Cranfield didn't seem to come over the riders this evening. I guess we should be thankful for that!
Anyway, congratulations to Simon Cannings for the win this evening, closely followed by Chris Bradbury (who was on a road bike). Rob Saunders came in a distant third. Simon also took the win on veteran standard. Steph cousins was fastet woman on both actual and vet standard time.
Jim Eastment was on course and took photos, but these won't be available for a few days. Also many thanks to Dick Selley once again for timekeeping and sign placing, to Rob Saunders for the IT.
This was the last evening event in our 2025 club TT series, with only the hill climb to follow. Overall I think attendance has been slightly up on last year. Many thanks to Dick and Rob for organising these events. Any offers of assistance from NBRC members (and others) for the 2026 season would be hugely appreciated!
